affair is the end a relationship. I am not saying that I disagree,
but I think that some relationships can be saved if both people
really want to work on it. I want to look at ways people can

If a person has an experience that is physically, mentally
or emotionally traumatic, the mind deals with the situation
in one of several different ways. Some people abuse alcohol,
food, drugs or other substances to numb the feelings they
have inside. Others mourn for a short period of time, restore

move on. But the rest of us left over, usually those who are
very analytical and logical, have trouble processing deeply

spells and trouble sleeping. Others are less productive at
work. Studies show that the most painful phase of grief usually
lasts up to 2 months, with milder phases lasting a year or
longer.
